On July 9, the Great Lakes Legal Foundation filed a reply brief in support of the legislature’s motion to intervene in Clean Wisconsin v. DNR.
On May 13, on behalf of eight associations, the Foundation filed a response to DOJ/DNR’s motion asking to modify the briefing schedule and reverse its positions.
On May 7, 2019, DNR (represented by the Department of Justice) requested to switch sides in in the Hi Cap and Kinnard Farm cases currently before the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
On April 25th, the Wisconsin Legislature moved to intervene in two cases of particular interest to the Foundation: the Hi Cap well litigation and Kinnard Farms.
On April 9, the Supreme Court accepted by-pass certification of the Foundation’s two Clean Wisconsin cases (Hi-cap and Kinnard Farms).
