MacIver Institute Article on Wisconsin Legislature v. Palm

The MacIver Institute published an article co-written by GLLF’s President and General Counsel Robert Fassbender and WMC’s General Counsel Corydon Fish explaining the importance of Act 21 in Wisconsin Legislature v. Palm.

As they wrote:

“The Wisconsin Supreme Court struck a historic blow in favor of individual liberty and transparent and accountable government by cementing Act 21 as the law of the land. The Court made it clear that when assessing statutory authority, Wisconsin agencies and courts must find it in plain sight.”
