On May 7, 2019, DNR (represented by the Department of Justice) requested to switch sides in in the Hi Cap and Kinnard Farm cases currently before the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
On April 9, the Supreme Court accepted by-pass certification of the Foundation’s two Clean Wisconsin cases (Hi-cap and Kinnard Farms).
On July 16, the Great Lakes Legal Foundation filed an amicus brief on behalf of six business associations in Kinnard Farms, Inc. v. DNR.
