This week, the WMC Litigation Center filed a lawsuit in Dane County against the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development. This lawsuit challenges an emergency rule that DWD enacted regarding COVID-19. WMC argues that this emergency rule is illegal because it is essentially identical to two prior emergency rules that have expired.
