Oral Arguments Rescheduled in Papa v. DHS

oral arguments, Papa v. DHS

Oral arguments in Papa v. DHS, originally scheduled for March 18, will now take place electronically on April 22. Arguments will occur over video/audio conferencing in recognition of the concerns around COVID-19.

Parties have until April 3 to waive oral arguments in their case. Counsel in Papa v. DHS have indicated their desire to go forward with oral arguments.

For all other cases awaiting oral arguments:

Cases originally scheduled for March 18 rescheduled to April 22
Cases originally scheduled for March 30 rescheduled to April 27
Cases originally scheduled for April 1 rescheduled to May 1
