DNR Announces Next PFAS Standards Promulgation Meeting For September 23rd
The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources announced Tuesday that the next stakeholder meeting for PFAS regulations will take place September 23rd from 10:00 am until 1:00 pm. The announcement noted, “This time, instead of DNR presentations, this meeting will be an opportunity for stakeholders to present.”
On August 12, the Department of Natural Resources’ policy board unanimously tabled proposed restrictions on PFAS after receiving push back from the regulated community and the Joint Committee for Review of Administrative Rules (JCRAR) about the scope of the regulations.
