On March 24, 2021, the filing of briefs was finished in both the Clean Wisconsin v. DNR , and Kinnard Farms v. DNR. Great Lakes Legal Foundation filed a reply brief in Clean Wisconsin and an Amicus brief in Kinnard Farms. The filing of these briefs signals the end is near for cases that have been ongoing for years. All documents and the complete history of these cases can be seen by clicking on the links above.
The final step in these cases is oral arguments, which will be taking place on April 12. GLLF will be participating as intervenors in the Clean Wisconsin case.
